Tax Manager or Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our team in Mobility Tax services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality compliance and advisory solutions to our clients, helping them drive organizational success through human capital.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with clients and colleagues worldwide, providing exceptional client service and tax planning advice.
- Analyze client tax data to determine optimal filing positions and provide tax planning advice.
- Review US and Canadian personal income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage client accounts, developing budgets, determining resource requirements, and monitoring financial metrics.
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues on tax technical and performance management skills.
- Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude.
- Conduct tax technical research to support compliance and advisory deliverables.
- Leverage technology to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of three to five years of US and/or Canadian personal income tax experience.
- Excellent knowledge of current automated tax processing systems and tax laws in an area of technical specialization.
- US CPA or US Enrolled Agent designation.
- Exceptional PC proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
