Senior Manager, Domestic Tax

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Domestic Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and developing proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client business processes and policies to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Advise clients on tax policy and changes to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Develop and implement proactive tax strategies to capitalize on business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Provide technical and project management leadership to team members on Domestic Tax projects or assignments.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and provide effective support for engagements.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program or Master's in Tax.
  • 7 years' experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal and trust tax planning and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
