Join Our Team as a Tax Manager or Senior Manager, Mobility

At EY, we're committed to helping our clients navigate the complexities of global mobility. As a Tax Manager or Senior Manager, Mobility, you'll play a critical role in providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client tax data to determine optimal Canadian and US filing positions and provide tax planning advice
  • Review US and Canadian personal income tax returns
  • Manage client accounts, including developing budgets, determining resource requirements, and timely invoicing
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues on tax technical and performance management skills
  • Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of three to five years of US and/or Canadian personal income tax experience
  • Excellent knowledge of current automated tax processing systems and tax laws in an area of technical specialization
  • Exceptional PC proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
