Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Maple Quality Professional Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of our resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Plan, control, and monitor budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • Financial Control Systems: Monitor and maintain financial control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and optimal benefits.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
