Technical Lead for Amur Financial Group's IT Transformation

With over 50 years of experience, the company has established a nationally recognized brand focused on originating and administering near-prime home equity loans. As one of the largest players in the Canadian market, Amur Financial Group is looking for an experienced leader to join its Information Technology Group.
Salary
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a bonus program and strong benefit package paid by the employer.
Job Description
As a Technical Lead for Amur Financial Group's IT Transformation, you will be instrumental in implementing new technology solutions in our current LAMP-based technology stack. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing improvements to our current technology stack.
- Improving and maturing our DevOps pipeline.
- Designing and developing changes to our RESTful API integrations.
- Designing and architecting solutions to key business drivers around document management and process automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years' experience with PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- 3+ years' experience with front-end technologies (Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML).
- 2+ years' experience with SQL database design and implementation.
- 2+ years' experience with database views, stored procedures, and triggers.
- 2+ years' experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
