Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment that meets the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
