About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of locations, including cafeterias, coffee shops, and fast food outlets.
