Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, cafeteria, various locations, coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession.
