Strategic Learning and Development Leader

In this role, you will partner with functional learning leaders and HR Partners to develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives.
About the Role:- You will lead performance consulting and conduct needs analysis to diagnose gaps and recommend effective solutions for capability development.
- You will lead the development and implementation of innovative learning programs aligned with enterprise business objectives, focusing on emerging capabilities such as Human-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics.
- You will manage issues and escalations related to the functional business learning strategy within the portfolio.
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA.
- Previous consulting experience and strong influence skills are considered an asset.
- Experience with various learning and development technologies, including learning management systems and learner experience platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and facilitating both online and in-person instructional design.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large projects to completion, including creating and managing detailed project plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Degree or certifications in Learning and Development, Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Experience with global learning governance and managing learning initiatives across multiple regions.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and learning metrics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
The estimated salary range is between $103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD per year.
