We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Lynne C Romero Solutions Inc.

Job Description

This is a permanent opportunity that offers a salary of $45,000 per year. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team and arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also direct and control daily operations, open and distribute mail, and train staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will need to have experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as electronic scheduler and database software. A college diploma or equivalent education is required, and you should have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar field.
