The Business Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as establishing and maintaining office routines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a permanent employee, you will also enjoy health care benefits and work-life balance with 30-44 hours of work per week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
