Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, programs, and budgets to meet company sales profit objectives and optimize market opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and maintaining product-level information in internal systems;
  • Serving as the first-line resource for answering product questions from sales, customers, and internal staff;
  • Coordinating and analyzing distributor and customer surveys, as well as meeting with representatives and customers to collect feedback;
  • Assisting in preparing long-range, annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for each product line;
  • Regularly attending surgeries with the sales team to gain insights related to customer experience with Zimmer Biomet products;

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated potential for future development opportunities. A B.A. or B.S. in marketing, sales, engineering, or an equivalent field is required. Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.

Key Requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
  • Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • General knowledge of medical device business including science, products, research, and commercialization process;
  • Product management experience preferred;
  • B.A. or B.S. in marketing, sales, engineering, or equivalent;
  • Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting is desirable;

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
