**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's annual marketing strategy, generating creative ideas to reach key audiences across the B2B buyer journey.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in content creation, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing audience-based, outcomes-focused marketing and communications strategies in collaboration with the Director and Sr. Manager

- Creating story-based content, including blogs and case studies, for use on the website, social channels, and campaigns

- Project managing the creation of content, working collaboratively with business leaders, creative services, and other members of the Marketing and Communications team

- Analyzing engagement and results of content (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future activities

- Staying up-to-date on the competitive and industry landscapes

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Post-secondary education from an accredited university or college with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or another similar program

- 5+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience

- Strong SEO content writing and best practices with an understanding of the B2B buyer journey

- Exceptional project management and communications skills

- Thorough understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and performance tracking, including campaign management, Google Analytics, keyword analysis, and search ads

- Experience with various martech platforms such as Salesforce, SEMrush, and Meltwater

- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

- Adobe Creative Suite skills are considered an asset

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Well-developed organizational, time management, and decision-making skills

- High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic

- A passion for B2B content marketing
