Global Treasury Director

LCI Education is seeking a highly skilled Global Treasury Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Treasury team, managing liquidity, and minimizing overall debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including currency positions, borrowing needs, and available investment funds.
- Produce accounting and tax provisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement new technologies, banking products, or services to optimize the treasury cycle process.
- Design and implement controls, policies, and internal procedures supporting treasury activities.
- Manage relationships with banking and financial institutions, negotiating banking fees and service charges.
- Oversee key compliance requirements, including restrictive clauses, debt securities payments, and guarantee requirements.
- Identify and mitigate currency and interest rate risks.
Requirements:
- CFA Certification.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar role within an organization with multiple business units.
- Ability to handle rapid growth, both organic and through acquisition.
- Ability to work with international management teams and external relationships to manage currency exposures at the enterprise level.
- Knowledge of currency transactions and internal exposures associated with global companies.
- Understanding of regulations and standards related to derivatives and hedging, with the ability to conduct complex analyses and modeling.
- Familiarity with integrated management software and treasury software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
