Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Treasury Director to join our team at LCI Éducation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Treasury team, managing liquidity, and minimizing overall debt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including currency positions, borrowing needs, and available investment funds;
  • Produce accounting and tax provisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Implement new technologies, banking products, or services to optimize the treasury cycle process, improving efficiency and reducing costs;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banking and financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms and conditions;
  • Manage key compliance requirements, including restrictive clauses, debt securities payments, and guarantee requirements;
  • Identify and mitigate currency and interest rate risks, ensuring the company's financial stability;
  • Collaborate with international management teams and external partners to manage currency exposures at the enterprise level;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulations and standards related to derivatives and hedging, conducting complex analyses and modeling.
Requirements
  • CFA Certification;
  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar role within an organization with multiple business units;
  • Ability to handle rapid growth, both organic and through acquisition;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French and English;
  • Familiarity with integrated management software and treasury software;
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
