About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our Treasury Management team, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day management of WSP's treasury operations and optimizing the company's financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group financing activities, including global intercompany loans and external financing from a syndicate of lenders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our treasury management processes, reports, and systems (e.g., forecasting analysis).
  • Manage foreign exchange risk associated with treasury management.
  • Assist the Director, Treasury, in global cash repatriation and optimization activities.
  • Support the company's acquisition strategy from a treasury perspective.
  • Monitor key treasury performance indicators (interest and banking fees, liquidity optimization, etc.) for the group responsible for treasury management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • CFA or CPA designation.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance-related field.
  • Customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Bilingualism, as you will work with international teams.
