Key Responsibilities
As a Treasury Director at Fiera Capital Corporation, you will play a key role in optimizing the firm's global financial strategy and capital structure. This dynamic position involves contributing to financing activities, credit management, and financial risk analysis, as well as assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and special projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial modeling proficiency are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing financial needs and evaluating financing options.
- Managing credit exposures and supporting budget preparations and compliance reporting.
- Assisting with establishing treasury policies, evaluating risk management strategies, and coordinating treasury operations.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of finance experience with a focus on treasury functions, ideally in a public company or asset management firm. A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting is required, and a CFA designation would be advantageous. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with Bloomberg and SAP, meticulous attention to detail, and bilingual proficiency in French and English are also necessary.
