Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bryan's Auto Body (Squamish) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors, and ensure that all correspondence is professional and timely.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
