About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Squamish Nation team. As a key member of our Squamish Valley Operations Department, you will provide administrative support to our SV Comm Ops Team, focusing on bookings of events for the Totem Hall. This role requires a high level of administrative and office/time management skills to meet the diverse administrative needs of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings of events for the Totem Hall, ensuring seamless communication between renters, Totem Hall Staff, and external departments.
- Provide administrative support to the SV Comm Ops division, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of facility rental and recreation policies, practices, and protocols.

- A combination of education and experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence, patience, and integrity, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and approachable attitude.
