We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JAI PUSHPA AND CHRIS HOLDINGS LTD. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior staff members
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members
    • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate processing
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire staff members as needed
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management

Requirements
