We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sarab Cargo Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with a salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and performing data entry tasks.

They will also be required to greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

In addition, the Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as providing customer service and supporting the payroll administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
