Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Eldorado Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the hotel, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify guest accounts and balance charges and revenues
  • Assist with all aspects of guest services, including check-ins and check-outs
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a front office or accounting role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; first aid certification an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
