We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Solutions Agent to join our team at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Process sales orders, customer inquiries, and equipment service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Upsell and cross-sell beverage products to existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Escalate customer issues in a timely manner and provide solutions to resolve customer concerns.
- Update customer information and transactions in our Salesforce database.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales, revenue, and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce and other customer relationship management systems is an asset.
