Job Title: Director Strategic Sourcing, Vehicles

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Strategic Sourcing, Vehicles to lead our global supply chain strategy and operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply strategies that support our business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on global supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
