p>We are looking for a Strategic Supply Director, reporting to the Vice President of Global Vehicle Supply, to lead the development and implementation of supply strategies which will support the BRP product launch schedule while achieving the business objectives. In this role, you will have a major impact by bringing value and competitive advantages to the business, reflected in customer satisfaction, project implementation, increased profit margin and quality, innovation and risk management related to the supplier network.

In addition, you will be responsible for directing our corporate social responsibility strategy in terms of global supply and rolling out the strategy to achieve the objectives and the intended targets of reducing CO2 emissions in our supply chain.


YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Oversee contract negotiation, risk assessment and mitigation, as well as strategic relationships with suppliers and performance management.
  • Define the annual objectives, including targets for increasing the profit margin, in collaboration with operating units and finance departments, and have full responsibility for achieving them.
  • Support the management of the main strategic suppliers so as to promote continuous improvement and to identify new opportunities offering exceptional value firstly to BRP, and then to customers.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • Bachelor degree, a master of business administration or a postgraduate degree in supply chain.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, forming partnerships with suppliers, and decompartmentalized management in a large business.
