Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Alexis Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
