Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Alexis Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and service delivery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service.
