Job Summary:

Pilot Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Guest Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train employees to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused culture.
  • Assist managers with tasks related to store operations, including inventory management and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background check required.
