Role Overview:

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? As an HR Specialist at CB Canada, you will play a key role in supporting the analytics on workforce planning, processing monthly and quarterly HR Ops Reporting, and providing ADP systems administration and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process monthly reporting (ACP file, People Dashboards, Org Chart Updates)
- Support the analytics on workforce planning
- Process quarterly HR Ops Reporting (WCB Risk reporting, Stats Canada, etc)
- Support of Annual HR Ops Reporting (Annual People metrics, Vacation Balance reporting, year-end reporting, etc)
- Process ad hoc reporting requests as needed

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in HR
- 3+ years of office experience
- Experience with ADP systems administration and maintenance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
