Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Sam Sandhu Computers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies and benefit programs
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • Manage contracts
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Manage training and development strategies

  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Veterans
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees

Working Conditions: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language.
