They will have 3-6 years of experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role, with industrial experience preferred, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, forestry, or construction.

Key qualifications include high attention to detail and organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and respectful team player, with a strong commitment to prioritizing safety and employee well-being.
