Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Specialist to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project-Level Monitoring and Reporting: Assist the leadership team in monitoring and reporting on project-level health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • HSE Leadership: Provide leadership on health, safety, and environmental requirements for the project, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Job Safety Analysis and Risk Management: Conduct job safety analyses, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Incident Investigation and Analysis: Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Statistical Data Analysis: Track and analyze health, safety, and environmental statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans to ensure a safe and effective response to emergencies.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a degree in a safety-related area of study.
  • Certifications and Credentials: Possess or be working towards a professional HSE credential, such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, or OHST.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk at least one mile in rugged terrain, lift 35 pounds unassisted, and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
