Position Overview
As a key player in our organization, the EHS Operations Manager will oversee the Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems within our manufacturing facilities. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Risk Management**: Monitor and assess risks associated with operations, utilizing leading and lagging metrics to inform decision-making.
2. **Reporting**: Develop comprehensive reports and metrics that drive accountability and action across the site.
3. **Compliance Oversight**: Maintain and report on EHS records, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and corporate policies, including Process Safety Management (PSM) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
4. **Environmental Management**: Lead the implementation and management of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, working collaboratively with plant leaders and employees to foster effective solutions.
5. **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols and compliance requirements, ensuring a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Safety, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.
- A minimum of five years of experience in managing EHS within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and data management.
