Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Subway (Harewood) team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee the implementation of policies and programs to drive business results.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high-quality experience, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Education: Business administration and management, general, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, managing a team of employees and overseeing daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
