Job Title: Administrative Officer - Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Silver Arrow Salon Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
