Job Summary

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Strategic Organizational Leadership Vice-President. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement organizational strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Lead the development and execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address organizational gaps and areas for improvement.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and support to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
  5. Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and other high-level meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change and improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
