About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Strategy Director to lead our social media efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end social and content strategies for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Lead a team of social media experts to create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform our strategies
  • Manage and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and ROI
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
