Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our St. Louis Bar & Grill location.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

You will also be tasked with training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

A strong understanding of kitchen operations and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment
