Key Responsibilities:- Provide education and support to clients on various topics, including health and wellness, employment, and life skills.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities in the community to connect with clients and promote our services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and service delivery.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in outreach and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
