Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Consultant to join our dynamic marketing team at GE Appliances Canada.

This role will be pivotal in providing high-quality sales support and customer service to our online shoppers, engaging consumers on their shopping journey and delivering a full-service experience designed to bring happiness and well-being to every home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Shopping Experience: Assist shoppers through ordering via email, phone, online chat, or text, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Maximize Sales Conversion: Utilize excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails to finalize sales and meet KPIs.
  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Provide the highest level of care and service from inquiry to order delivery and through the ownership experience.
  • Support Post-Purchase Ownership: Address any order adjustments, billing corrections, and consumer relations activities, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Cold Calling and Business Development: Initiate cold calls to build awareness around our transactional website and promote our services to select 3rd party business partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, and other teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent: From an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success and exceptional customer support.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work well in a team environment to achieve personal, team, and company-wide goals.
  • Consumer-Centric Mindset: Strong consumer-centric mindset and attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
