E-commerce Account Growth Manager

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account retention, and client satisfaction for newly onboarded e-commerce merchants with Moneris. This role involves client success management, growing and retaining accounts, and acquiring new customers in collaboration with our sales teams. Additionally, you will engage in video selling and presenting new solutions to existing and new prospect merchants. This position is part of the Moneris National Sales Centre, inside sales channel, working alongside the Moneris Online sales team, website creation team, and other sales teams. With Moneris' digital strategy, you will provide regular feedback to our teams, including marketing, product, sales, and project.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, IB Solution Sales
Your Responsibilities- Manage new e-commerce merchants within the first 30-60 days to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction achievement targets
- Provide internal sales demos to customers as a website/restaurant SME
- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance clients' solutions and drive value-added services
- Grow revenues and seek opportunities to find new merchants through referral selling and campaign call-outs
- Provide excellent customer experience and manage customer attrition
- Achieve CSAT targets
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure clients receive applicable payment solutions and uncover needs for VAS solutions
- Develop business relationships with SME clients to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship and regular account reviews
- Work with RBC and BMO Partner teams and clients to drive e-commerce distribution
- Provide thought leadership for merchants and our teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, success management, digital marketing, e-commerce, website development, or payments
- Knowledge of sales reporting, tracking, and consultative selling processes
- Industry knowledge to understand payments market and various business and pricing models
