We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Consultant to join our team at Brand Momentum, a leading sales, marketing, and retail agency. As an E-commerce Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sales support and customer service to our online shoppers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from pre-purchase to delivery.

About the Job Description
  • Job Summary: Provide exceptional sales support and customer service to online shoppers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver exceptional shopping experiences through personalized assistance via email, phone, online chat, or text.
    • Maximize sales conversion through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails to finalize sales and meet KPIs.
    • Exceed customer expectations by providing the highest level of care and service from inquiry to order delivery.
    • Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately, addressing any adjustments and billing corrections as needed.
    • Support post-purchase ownership experience, including delivery and service scheduling, replacement parts ordering, and consumer relations activities.
    • Initiate cold calls to build awareness around our transactional website and promote services to select third-party business partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
    • Align communication with overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Monitor and respond to product reviews according to company policies and standards.
    • Utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • You have proficiency in English and French, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • You have a degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field.
