As an E-commerce Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sales support and customer service to our online shoppers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from pre-purchase to delivery.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional shopping experiences through personalized assistance via email, phone, online chat, or text.
- Maximize sales conversion through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails to finalize sales and meet KPIs.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing the highest level of care and service from inquiry to order delivery.
- Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately, addressing any adjustments and billing corrections as needed.
- Support post-purchase ownership experience, including delivery and service scheduling, replacement parts ordering, and consumer relations activities.
- Initiate cold calls to build awareness around our transactional website and promote services to select third-party business partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
- Align communication with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor and respond to product reviews according to company policies and standards.
- Utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- You have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success and exceptional customer support.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- You have a consumer-centric mindset and attitude, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- You are proactive in staying current with promotional opportunities and have an entrepreneurial spirit, aiming to exceed sales goals.
- You have proficiency in English and French, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- You have a degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
