Commercial Property Manager

Job Overview
EightSix Network is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily activities and maintenance of a commercial property portfolio in downtown Montreal.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee building operations, maintenance staff, and external contractors.
- Perform weekly inspections of the buildings and property grounds.
- Ensure high levels of preventative safety measures and cleanliness.
- Prepare and manage annual expense budgets.
- Monitor public services and negotiate service contracts.
- Manage sustainability processes and tenant construction work.
- Collaborate with various departments and suppliers.
- Respond to emergencies and provide technical information for repairs.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and work under minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and construction.
- Excellent customer service skills and bilingualism.
