About the Opportunity

Partner Staffing is currently working with our client to find a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee regional projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environment, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Health, Safety, and Environment Program to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Oversee regional projects to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce employee billable hours and productivity.
  • Participate in the recruiting process and employee retention initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue business improvement opportunities at the regional and company levels.
  • Review project schedules and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage client relationships and retention.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including quotes and proposals.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in health, safety, and environment. A B.Sc. in a related field is required, with designations such as RPBio, PBiol, and/or P.Ag. being an asset. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
