Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Denny's Fort St John. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Staff Supervision: Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, large workload, overtime required.
Work Environment: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language, Denny's Fort St John.
