About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Risk Management Specialist to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada).

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all reportable transactions are submitted, identifying root causes of quality issues, and driving system development projects and efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate procedures, job aids, and regulatory findings into a holistic case review
  • Review case file and transactional data to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and address procedural gaps and required training
  • Drive system development projects and efficiency enhancements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in AML and/or Financial Crime at a financial institution, as well as experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or as a 2nd level reviewer in an FIU.

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $100,000 - $125,000, depending on location and experience.
