Cyber Crime Compliance Engineering Specialist

About the RoleThis position is part of our Tooling Engineering team, which develops innovative tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Compliance operations. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing workflows for our Compliance programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and develop data exploration and criminal case management tools that meet the needs of our Compliance organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Develop and deploy code across our evolving architecture, leveraging object-oriented programming principles and best practices
- Drive the development of our platform of services and data pipelines, architected for scalability and reliability
- Analyze complex problems, anticipate future needs, and design solutions that align with our business objectives
- You have a strong background in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years of industry experience or equivalent
- You possess expertise in Kotlin, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages, as well as experience with building user-facing tools or contributing to system migrations
- You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoying direct communication with stakeholders and an iterative approach to delivering high-quality products

- A salary range of $138,500 - $207,700 CAD (Zone A) or $133,700 - $200,500 CAD (Zone B), depending on your location and experience
