M.Q. MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a skilled Lead Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team.

As a Lead Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising staff, analyzing clients' financial records, reviewing and examining financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation, investigating possible unethical conduct or breeches of securities or commodity futures law, negotiating with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue, and assisting in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry. You will be required to work on site at our physical location, with no option to work remotely.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
