Job Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our Financial Crime Risk Management processes. This involves validating RGS and ensuring that STRs are filed as soon as practicable, incorporating procedures, job aids, and regulatory findings into a holistic case review, reviewing case files and transactional data to ensure all reportable transactions are submitted, and identifying root causes of quality issues.

Responsibilities

  • Validate RGS and ensure STRs are filed in a timely manner.
  • Incorporate procedures, job aids, and regulatory findings into a comprehensive case review process.
  • Review case files and transactional data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Analyze quality issues and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in AML and/or Financial Crime at an FI.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Thorough understanding of STR filing requirements and RGS thresholds.
  • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or as a 2nd level reviewer in an FIU.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
