Healthcare Specialist (Oncology & Ambulatory Care)

BC Cancer (Vancouver, BC)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our oncology team in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide holistic care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care and education.
  • Deliver evidence-based care and interventions to support patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant healthcare field.
  • Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in oncology or a related field.
